Do you take Insurance?

I do not take insurance. Cash, Check, or Card only. I, however, can provide a super bill you are more than welcome to submit to insurance yourself.

What is a super bill?

A super bill is a print out of all services provided at the appointment that you can take and submit to your insurance company if you wish to do so.

Do you work with me remotely? Can I see you in person?

I do not see patients remotely, but am more than happy to see you in person and tailor your care to your needs and desires!
